THIS AUSTIN PRINCESS BUILT FOR THE Queen of England

This specially commissioned Princess Vanden Plas was ordered by the Crowns Agents in 1965 for Queen Elizabeth II anticipated trip to the British Colony in 1966.  The car remained in Jamaica with the Governor General at the time, Sir Clifford Campbell, to be used as his official state limousine for any subsequent royal visits.  Now this one of a kind hand made limousine is available for a unique car enthusiast that can appreciate the attention to detail given to such royal commissions.

This black and gray Austin Princess limousine has been impeccably restored by advanced vintage British motor car experts.  It has been detailed and outfitted with all of the appointments both simple and bold, and symbolic of heads of state and royalty which it was specifically manufactured for in 1965 by the prestigious Vanden Plas Works in Kingsbury, London.  The authentic photos, shown here, of The Queen, Princes Margret and Prince Philip confirm this royal heritage. This rare royal limousine can also be seen in the historic archived film footage highlighted in the Netflix series, The Crown.
